Livestock Death-on-Arrival (DOA) Policy

We understand how disappointing it is to receive deceased livestock. That’s why we offer two resolution options for DOA claims:

Option 1: Full Refund

  • We will issue a full refund for the livestock (excluding shipping fees).
  • Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process.

Option 2: Reshipment

  • We will resend the same shrimp; however, you are responsible for the shipping fee.
  • Note: We only offer one reshipment. If the second shipment also fails, a refund will be issued instead.

How to File a DOA Claim

Please email us at hnshrimpinfo@gmail.com or message us on Instagram within the required timeframe with the following:

  • Clear photographs of the deceased shrimp inside the original, sealed packaging.
  • Send within 2 hours of first delivery (or 1 hour during winter).

If you miss the first delivery attempt, contact your carrier immediately to request redelivery or pickup.

DOA Claims Will Not Be Accepted If:

  1. The shipping address was invalid or incomplete, causing delays.
  2. The claim was not submitted within the required time.
  3. Photos do not clearly show the shrimp in our original packaging.
